Your lucky if you ever even get near 0.0 unless you join an alliance, as all entries (so I hear) to 0.0 are 'gate camped' and if you not a member of the campers alliance your toast.

Don't know much about it, but I have heard you cannot target anything while cloaked, or interact with another vessel. AFAIK you can only recon with a full stealh (cloaked) ship. I could be totally wrong though :) Cheers

Some have the misconception that jettisoned cans only last an hour. I have had jetcans floating around for over 9 hours. They seem to disappear during downtime (both player jetcans and 'loot' cans from NPC's)
